Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
By registering on MCW, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information โ including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement โ is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Each player is permitted to hold only one MCW account. Operating multiple accounts โ whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods โ is strictly prohibited. MCW uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your MCW account. You must keep your login credentials โ including your password and any two-factor authentication codes โ strictly confidential. MCW will never ask you to share your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact MCW support immediately.
MCW accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, place bets on your behalf or access your account for any reason. Sharing account access is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
MCW processes all deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your MCW account instantly in most cases. MCW does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount on MCW is เงณ10. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier deposits may be subject to additional verification. All funds deposited into your MCW account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits โ where someone else funds your MCW account โ are not permitted and will be reversed.
MCW reserves the right to request proof of payment method at any time. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. Deposits made using fraudulent payment methods will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests on MCW are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. MCW does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on the account. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
The average withdrawal processing time on MCW is 15 minutes. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. MCW will notify you via your registered contact details if a withdrawal is delayed for any reason.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, MCW may require identity verification to be completed. Players who have not yet verified their account should do so proactively to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals. MCW reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.
MCW offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonuses are credited to your MCW account in a separate bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets. Bets placed using bonus funds do not count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
MCW takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include โ but are not limited to โ creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, MCW will cancel the bonus, void any associated winnings and may close the account.
All bets placed on MCW are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game being wagered on. MCW publishes sport-specific and game-specific rules within each product section of the platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing a bet.
MCW reserves the right to void any bet where a clear and obvious error in odds has occurred โ for example, where odds were published at a significantly incorrect price due to a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's MCW account. MCW will not honour bets placed knowingly on erroneous odds.
For live betting, bets are accepted up until the point that MCW's system closes the market. Bets submitted after market closure will not be accepted. MCW is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet not being placed in time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on MCW. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:
MCW employs dedicated security and fraud detection teams who monitor platform activity continuously. Players found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts closed without notice and any pending withdrawals will be withheld pending investigation.

MCW reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, MCW will communicate with the player via their registered email address. Players may appeal a suspension by contacting MCW support with relevant documentation. MCW will review appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate its decision in writing.
Players may also voluntarily close their MCW account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.
MCW provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While MCW makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, MCW does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues beyond MCW's reasonable control.
MCW's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. MCW is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits MCW's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
MCW may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, MCW will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the MCW platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using MCW and contact support to close your account.
